

CAFÉ
The café serves a selection of salads, sandwiches, pastries, cakes and beverages. On weekends we have a breakfast special including coffee, croissant/bun, small cheese sandwich and French yoghurt. The menu changes periodically. At the moment you can choose between wholesome salads, smørrebrød with salmon, French macaroons from La Petite France, organic drinks from Søbogaard and tea from In the Mood for Tea. We source our food from some of the most acclaimed suppliers. Every season Haugaard Coffe Roaster composes a unique espresso blend for Magasin 3. The café has the same opening hours as the exhibitions.

The season’s coffee blend Bossanova from David Haugaard Coffee Roaster is made from:
- Kenya Chogoria Microlot #2: From the south slope of Mount Kenya. It ads an elegant acidic tone and a candy like aroma to the espresso blend.
- Etiopien Girma Edema Guji: From the south of Etioipa comes this coffee that is among the top five in the country. You can hint a taste of strawberry and honeydew melon.
- Panama Wilford Lamastus Natural: Wilford’s Catuai plants grow on the vulcano Baru in Panama. The beans are hand picked by the Gnobe indians that live in the area. The taste is untamed and resembles berries in the Swedish woods.
- Brasilien Carmo Helena: Tastes of nut, chocolate and raisin. From the Jacques Perriera’s farm Helena. Awarded in the 2009 Cup Of Excellence. In this particular espresso blend Helena ads fullness and a beautiful “body”.
