Accessibility

The entrance to Magasin III is on the first floor, which is wheelchair accessible via elevator. On the same floor you will find a café, library, wheelchair-accessible restrooms and lockers. There are no thresholds in the exhibition space. However, one of our exhibition halls is located on the ground floor without elevator access. Please ask our staff for assistance and they will let you in from the ground floor.

Parking for visitors with disabilities is available adjacent to the loading dock wheelchair ramp, at the gable end of the Magasin 3 building (right behind the Magasin 3 stop for bus 76).

For safety reasons, you are not permitted to take your own strollers into the exhibition halls. Approved strollers and baby carriers can be borrowed at the entrance to the museum. Restrooms with baby-changing facilities are available.

Luggage, carry-on bags, and oversize backpacks are not allowed in the museum unless they fit into the lockers in the lobby. The lockers may be accessed with a coin with a value of 10 Swedish kronor. This is a deposit that will be returned. If you need assistance with the lockers, staff at the admissions desk is happy to help.

For larger groups, we use a tour-guide system, enabling the guide to communicate using a microphone to the group via personal headsets. Kindly ask our staff at the entrance for assistance.
